La Grande First Presbyterian Church is sponsoring and hosting **Growing Through Grief**, an eight-week mutual support group and educational series for people who have experienced a loss through death or who are supporting someone in a time of grief.

The series will cover the mourning process, give participants a place to share experiences, and offer tools for helping others cope with loss. It is facilitated by Teresa Smith-Dixon, MSW, and Laura Hudson, MDiv, Certified Spiritual Director.
