Board Ready, a free nonprofit board training and workshop, will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 16, at the GRH Pavilion, 909 Adams Ave. in La Grande.
The program is designed for current and aspiring board members, community leaders and others who want to build skills for effective nonprofit board service. The workshop is offered free to nonprofit organizations in Union County courtesy of Grande Ronde Hospital and Clinics.
