La Grande Fall Community Tree Planting — Oct. 10
Volunteer tree planting — 9 a.m.–noon Oct. 10 at Pioneer Park in La Grande. Registration is required by Thursday, Oct. 8.
Calling all volunteers! Celebrate the season of leaves with our annual Fall Community Tree Planting event on Saturday, October 10th at 9 am!
Please dress for the weather and bring a water bottle. We will have extra gardening gloves and all the tools needed for planting. After a demonstration on proper tree planting, we will split into groups to plant around town. This will require carpooling to the different sites.
Please register by Thursday, October 8th to help us prepare for the appropriate number of volunteers.
